This is important!

In a press coference on Friday, Nov 20, 2009 a group of prominent Christian clergy, ministry leaders and scholars released the Manhattan Declaration, which addresses the sanctity of life, traditional marriage and religious liberty. The 4,700-word declaration issues a clarion call to Christians to adhere to their convictions and informs civil authorities that the signers will not - under any circumstance - abandon their Christian consciences. Drafted by Dr. Robert George, Dr. Timothy George and Chuck Colson and signed by more than 125 Orthodox, Catholic and evangelical Christian leaders, the Manhattan Declaration is available at:

The document is magnificent! It is clearly stated and insightful and I strongly encourage you to click on the above link and download it if you can. If you go on the site you too can sign the Declaration. I have done so. The Declaration gives us words to use when speaking with others about the issues.

Please spread the word and share the Declaration with others. It is one very special thing we can do to make our voices heard regarding the sanctity of marriage and of all human life.

God bless you!
